Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing B2B customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. The ISR will provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent, impactful engagement with our customers; promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction while proactively providing data-led insights and advice to ensure our clients' success in using our platform. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster customer engagement, growth, and revenue generation. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and strong customer relationships. A top inside sales representative should also be competitive and a good listener.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Communicate and conduct regular business reviews with existing customers via phone and Zoom
  2. Leverage internal data tools to drive performance optimization
  3. Coach and train existing clients while onboarding new clients
  4. Understand existing customers' needs and identify upsell and growth opportunities
  5. Execute renewals on time and with quality
  6. Forecast accurately, close sales, and achieve sales targets
  7. Learn, present, and demonstrate various products
  8. Stay informed about competing products and services

The Person

Desired Qualifications

  1. 2-3 years of previous experience in a sales account management or renewal-focused inside sales position within a SaaS, marketplace, or subscription-based business
  2. Experience managing a base of existing B2B customers through the full renewal and growth cycle while forecasting accurately and consistently achieving renewal and growth sales targets
  3. Strong listening and sales skills including needs analysis, financial negotiation skills, objection handling, problem-solving, etc.
  4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent phone and meeting management skills.

Other Capabilities

  1. Bachelor's Degree in science, marketing, business or related fields
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  3. Fluent level of verbal and written English required with Arabic, Urdu, or Russian a plus
