Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tele-calling, database building, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using tools like Lusha and LinkedIn to identify and establish contact with potential clients. The role focuses on setting up 3-5 qualified meetings or appointments daily, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our IT and cybersecurity solutions and set up qualified appointments.
  2. Build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of prospective clients to support ongoing lead generation efforts.
  3. Utilize tools such as Lusha and LinkedIn to gather contact information, research potential leads, and engage with decision-makers.
  4. Establish meaningful connections with prospective clients through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to introduce our offerings and book appointments for the sales team.
  5. Consistently meet or exceed daily targets of setting 3-5 appointments with qualified leads for the external sales team.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure all appointments are well-prepared and provide any necessary client background information.
  7. Record all activities, client details, and lead statuses in CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, lead generation, or a related role.
  2. Proven experience with tools like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other relevant data sourcing and networking tools.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospective clients over the phone and online.
  4. Results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in IT or cybersecurity sales is an advantage.
  2. Understanding of the local UAE market and knowledge of the business landscape.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
