Inside Sales - Edutech / Education Councellor

• Generate and manage leads from various sources, including databases and events.
• Validate lead quality and handle counseling, conversion, and payments.
• Provide detailed course information and verify necessary documents.
• Convert leads into admissions and manage scholarships or discounts.
• Ensure data accuracy in the online DBMS and prepare MIS reports.
• Represent the organization at external events and follow up with prospects.
• Deliver excellent customer service, assisting with admissions and course-related transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counselling in the education/training sector or any sector.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have Tele Sales experience. Experience in the UAE market is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
