Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes for adhoc, spot, and walk-in customers and enquiries in the miscellaneous/non-contract category jobs.
  2. Contacting customers/potential customers over calls and emails, making required follow-ups, and if necessary, meeting in person.
  3. Handling and resolving client queries, closing sales, and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) from clients as per TUVR Terms and Conditions.
  4. Making timely updates and data recording in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  5. Converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics and following the process to closure, ensuring that the customer has a good experience and satisfaction.
  6. Pre-qualifying and completing registrations with new clients for all related services offered.
  7. Liaising with management about sales activities, sales forecasts, and reports.
