Position Overview: Arctiq is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support and strengthen relationships with an industry-leading customer, ensuring exceptional service, responsiveness, and tailored solutions. Beyond maintaining a world-class customer experience, this role also involves hunting for new business, driving sales growth, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a passion for customer service, sales, and relationship management. Candidates must be based in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) and will be required to be on-site at the customer's office at least one day per week in RAK.
