Infrastructure Manager - Hybrid/Multi-Cloud | Immediate

This is a pivotal opportunity to manage and evolve a critical enterprise infrastructure landscape. You will oversee hybrid and multi-cloud environments while ensuring service delivery, system resilience, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.

Description

1. Lead the management of cloud and enterprise compute environments, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness.
2. Drive orchestration and governance across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and virtual desktop solutions (RDS, Azure Virtual Desktop).
3. Manage performance, capacity, automation, and configuration standards across systems and service providers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Security, Network Ops, Implementation, Business IT) to support organization-wide productivity.
5. Ensure alignment between infrastructure services and evolving business goals and technology roadmaps.
6. Oversee audit readiness, knowledge management, and ITIL-driven operations using tools like BMC and ServiceNow.
7. Lead incident, backlog, and product lifecycle management across critical infrastructure platforms.
8. Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership and support decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be based in the UAE, and be available to join within 2 weeks.
2. Proven experience in managing private/public/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
3. Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure operations, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage systems, and backup technologies.
4. Experience in DevOps and 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure operations.
5. Proven stakeholder and vendor management across complex, multi-entity environments.
6. Familiar with enterprise architecture, cloud automation, and security/compliance standards.
7. Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with a structured approach to operations.
