Infrastructure Project Manager

A Leading Property Developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to work within their asset management division.
The role will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the infrastructure assets at the assigned community to ensure they remain in sound and safe working condition.
You will monitor and supervise the service providers.

You must possess a minimum of 5 years within the construction industry working as a manager.
You must come from an infrastructure background.
Must have experience of working with built assets.
You also must be able to do the following:

1. Carry out site inspections to determine the condition of all the infrastructure assets and identify defects.
2. Verify progress claims in accordance to the contractual terms and conditions.
3. Any other duties associated with the infrastructure assets.
