Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments. This role offers hands-on experience with the latest technologies and provides growth opportunities in infrastructure engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Support the implementation and configuration of cloud-based infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure operations.
• Perform system backups, updates, and security patch installations.
• Document system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or similar certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
