As an IT Support Specialist for a mid-sized organization, you will be responsible for:
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Providing hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices like printers and scanners.
- Assisting newcomers with onboarding, including providing computers, helping with email accounts, and granting access to IT systems.
- Supporting HR with the IT off-boarding process.
- Maintaining and updating the inventory of IT equipment.
- Ensuring technical documentation is maintained and updated.
- Providing ongoing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
