Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Providing hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices like printers and scanners.
Helping newcomers with onboarding (provide computers, help with email account, access to IT systems etc.), help HR with IT "off-boarding" process.
Being responsible for inventory of IT equipment.
Technical documentation maintenance and update.
