Information Technology Specialist

Position Overview: The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide L2 support for Microsoft and MAC devices, develop and maintain our company website, and offer application support for our ZOHO One ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2 Support for Microsoft & MAC Devices:
• Provide second-level technical support for all Microsoft and MAC devices within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues as necessary.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
• Website Development & Maintenance:
• Develop, update, and maintain the company's website.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, secure, and up-to-date with the latest content.
• Optimize website performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Implement new features and functionalities as needed.
• Application Support for ZOHO One ERP:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ZOHO One ERP applications.
• Assist with the configuration and customization of ZOHO applications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing sessions and create documentation.
• Work with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of ZOHO applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support and website development.
• Proficiency in supporting both Microsoft and MAC operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO One ERP applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar are a plus.
