IT Project Manager - Digital Transformation - 12 month Contract - Dubai

• Location: Onsite in Dubai
• Contract: 12-month transformation project
• Start Date: ASAP

We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives, system implementations, and application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, including digital transformation, system implementations, and application development.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project constraints while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Drive Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed for project success.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in digital transformation, system implementations, and application development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Language Skills: Arabic and English are required
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
