Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of complex projects, including digital transformation initiatives and ERP implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure, for digital transformation and ERP projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing risks and issues proactively.
5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, challenges, and results.
6. Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational processes are met.
7. Manage change requests and adapt project plans as necessary to meet business objectives.
8. Facilitate post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience managing digital transformation and ERP projects.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
5. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.
6. Strong technical acumen and familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools.
