Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, delivery, RMA, and project execution. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a high level of accountability to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of our commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Logistics:
   • Oversee daily order processing, dispatch, and delivery operations.
   • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow.
   • Monitor and improve delivery timelines and operational SLAs.
2. Procurement & Inventory:
   • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency.
   • Streamline inventory management and reduce delays and wastage.
   • Ensure proper documentation, system entries, and controls are in place.
3. Project & Service Execution:
   • Manage IT solution delivery timelines, resource deployment, and client handovers.
   • Collaborate with project coordinators and technical teams for smooth execution.
   • Monitor project costs, progress, and customer satisfaction.
4. RMA & Support Operations:
   • Oversee the RMA process and ensure timely closures.
   • Maintain healthy communication with vendors and distributors on replacements and repairs.
5. Process & Performance Management:
   • Implement SOPs, process improvements, and performance tracking tools.
   • Drive operational discipline, reporting, and timely task execution.
   • Prepare and present weekly operational reports to the CEO.
6. Team Management:
   • Lead and manage the operations, delivery, and support staff.
   • Ensure accountability, training, and performance evaluation of the team.
   • Build a culture of responsiveness, ownership, and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in IT trading or services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on timelines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and inventory tools (Zoho experience is a plus).
