Job description

General administration of the organization's network infrastructure
Monitor the network security and connectivity
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency, etc.)
Support and deployment of IT projects related to the network
Configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure including NG Firewalls, Routers, L3 & L2 Switches, WAF, Load Balancer, etc.
Daily monitoring of network connectivity including LAN/WAN/VPNs/MPLS, etc.
Coordination/support with business partners and internal teams to complete IT projects related to the network
Vendor/service provider coordination
Document all network standards and procedures

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT
Overall 6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in network administration
CCNA or equivalent certification is a must; NGFW certification is an advantage (Forcepoint, FortiGate, Juniper, etc.)
Expert knowledge in routing and switching (Cisco, IBM, Linksys, Aruba, etc.)
Cloud knowledge is an advantage
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Exceptional customer service skills
