Information Technology Manager

Innovate Living is a luxury boutique real estate developer committed to delivering exceptional residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced and self-reliant IT Manager to independently manage all IT operations for our team of 40 employees. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and can take full ownership of the company's IT needs.

Job Summary:

As the sole IT professional in the company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems, infrastructure, and networks. This includes providing direct technical support to employees, ensuring the security of company data, and implementing IT solutions that align with business goals. You will also play a key role in planning and executing IT projects, including setting up new systems, upgrading infrastructure, and integrating cloud-based solutions like Outlook. Additionally, you will oversee the company's CRM system, ensuring it supports the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

1. Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
2. Plan, configure, and implement new systems and infrastructure as needed.
3. Ensure Outlook is fully integrated as the company's cloud system for email and collaboration.

Technical Support:

1. Provide hands-on technical support for all employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems independently in a timely manner.

Network Security and Compliance:

1. Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company data and IT systems.
2. Regularly monitor systems for vulnerabilities and perform updates to ensure compliance with best practices.

Project Management:

1. Plan and execute IT projects, such as office infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and new system rollouts.
2. Collaborate with management to identify IT needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Vendor and Budget Management:

1. Research, procure, and manage IT equipment and software within the allocated budget.
2. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and service agreements.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, processes, and policies.
2. Provide management with regular updates on IT performance, risks, and project status.

Occasional Home IT Support:

1. Support the CEO's home office by managing security systems, IT equipment, and troubleshooting issues as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Support Engineer, with the ability to work independently.
3. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
4. Proficiency with cloud systems (e.g., Outlook, Office 365) and cybersecurity best practices.
5. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
7. Ability to independently plan and execute IT projects.
8. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or other platforms) and supporting sales operations.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in setting up IT infrastructure for small to small-sized organizations.
2. Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes.
3. A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing IT operations.
