We are currently seeking an Information Security Project Manager (ISPM), reporting directly to Project Manager / Director (or equivalent) to join the team based in Abu Dhabi.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate the IT Information Security activities for the project(s) you are assigned to.
- Represent the T.EN Information Security posture in front of other Departments or Clients.
- Handle various activities related to IT Information Security, such as risk assessment, treatment, implementation of measures, and follow-up of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Define the OT Information Security strategy and planning of activities if required, and supervise a small team of OT Cybersecurity Engineers.
Main Duties:
- Projects’ documentation analysis and writing
- Relationship management inside and outside your project(s)
- Implementation of specific Information Security measures
- Information Security risk assessment
- Information Security audits
- Information Security trainings
- Team’s coordination or supervision for OT Cybersecurity
- Proposals’ documentation analysis and writing
- Reporting
About You:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Operations Technology, or Project Management activities in a technical context (like engineering services).
- Experience in the Energy sector or another industrial sector is ideal.
- Experience in team management is preferred.
- Diplomas or certifications in Cybersecurity will be given preference.
Ideally, you have knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO / IEC 62443.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
- Project Management skills account for 50% of your future success, implying the capability to prioritize, plan, and budget activities for delivering a service, communicate about them, trigger necessary collaboration, and reach completion on time and within budget.
- A strategic point of view on IT or OT Information Security and the capacity to explain it to non-IT practitioners will be an asset.
- Comfortable working with various documents, including IT specifications, procedures, or contracts.
- Autonomy and ability to coordinate with multiple Project roles (engineers).
