Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify KOCs with significant influence within the target consumer demographic.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOCs to ensure positive collaboration and representation of the brand.
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns involving KOCs, aligning their content with the brand's messaging and goals.
  4. Negotiate terms and agreements with key opinion consumers, including compensation, content requirements, and exclusivity clauses.
  5. Track and analyze the performance of KOC campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Facilitate the creation of content with key opinion consumers, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, influencer marketing developments, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
  8. Provide regular reports on the impact of KOC collaborations, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  9. Manage budgets allocated for key opinion consumer collaborations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  10. Ensure that contracts and collaborations adhere to legal and ethical standards, including disclosure requirements and privacy regulations.
  11. Manage agency and provide directions for content, shooting and make sure that all deliverables are on time.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
