Job description
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify KOCs with significant influence within the target consumer demographic.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOCs to ensure positive collaboration and representation of the brand.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns involving KOCs, aligning their content with the brand's messaging and goals.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with key opinion consumers, including compensation, content requirements, and exclusivity clauses.
- Track and analyze the performance of KOC campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate the creation of content with key opinion consumers, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, influencer marketing developments, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on the impact of KOC collaborations, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets allocated for key opinion consumer collaborations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Ensure that contracts and collaborations adhere to legal and ethical standards, including disclosure requirements and privacy regulations.
- Manage agency and provide directions for content, shooting and make sure that all deliverables are on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
