Vacancy:

Job Description:

1. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
2. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times.
3. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve process flow.
4. Develop and maintain work standards, SOPs, and best practices for production operations.
5. Support capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
6. Design and optimize factory layouts, workstation ergonomics, and material flow systems.
7. Assist in automation initiatives, integrating robotics, IoT, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
8. Work with Quality and Safety teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
9. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to solve operational challenges.
10. Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
11. Lead or participate in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement projects.
12. Evaluate cost-benefit analysis for new equipment, layout changes, and process enhancements.
13. Support implementation of ERP/MES systems for better data tracking and decision-making.
