Entry-Level Industrial Engineer
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian and African candidates. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of efficient systems and processes within our manufacturing facility. This role is suitable for men looking to start their career in the industrial engineering field. No prior experience or accommodation will be required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior engineers in analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement
2. Develop and implement new systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
3. Conduct time studies, create process flow charts, and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
5. Monitor production lines and provide support in troubleshooting any issues that arise
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work well in a team environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
