Sous Chef Main Kitchen

You will be able to put your talent and creativity to work on operational communications or projects. With good interpersonal skills and great rigor, you will be working within a small team on projects or events that require high responsiveness and can have significant visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the preparation of ADIPEC.
2. Create posters, infographics, and guides.
3. Develop mass-mailing campaigns.
4. Conduct surveys and measure employee satisfaction.
5. Write and distribute newsletters.
6. Participate in internal communication within our subsidiary.
7. Create and publish videos on our intranet.
8. Contribute to improving and making internal materials (such as PPTs) more attractive.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communication and/or Sustainability.
2. Strong communication skills: both written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
3. Events management experience.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
5. Designing skills: requires creative thinking, designing, and efficiency.
6. Creativity: ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
7. Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy and quality in all communications.
8. Team player: ability to work well in a team environment.
9. Adaptability: being flexible and open to new challenges and changes.
