Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Finance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As an Income Auditor, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all financial reports to ensure proper authorization in compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Reviewing and verifying Night Auditors logbook, daily revenue report, and daily Food & Beverage report with supporting vouchers and trial balance.
  2. Distributing daily reports after obtaining the Director of Finance / Financial Controller's approval.
  3. Reviewing the rate variance report to ensure the correct rate is applied.
  4. Reviewing the city ledger and credit card transfers of the day and passing the same to Accounts Receivable.
  5. Auditing the daily cash summary and updating the General Cashier's report.
  6. Reviewing overages and shortages of Cashiers and taking appropriate action, as well as reviewing Front Office foreign exchange rates as required.
  7. Conducting float counting of all house fund holders on a weekly basis and preparing a monthly float count summary.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a degree in hotel management or accounting and at least one year of previous experience within a hotel environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy are a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN System is an asset.
