You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Produce accurate revenue and statistical information reports for management use on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Perform daily revenue reconciliation activities in line with departmental policies & procedures.
• Audit daily adjustment logs to ensure that all dockets have been completed correctly in accordance with the internal policy and procedures, and report discrepancies to senior management.
• Perform audit of charges to city ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to the accounts receivables.
• Perform daily review of guest ledger balances and research and investigate any anomalies in movement of accounts.
• Ensure the trial balance reconciles between Opera, Symphony and GPD.
• Support the Chief Accountant with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.
