Income Auditor

What you'll do
You will love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

1. To produce accurate revenue and statistical information reports for management use on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
2. To perform daily revenue reconciliation activities in line with departmental policies & procedures.
3. To audit daily adjustment logs to ensure that all dockets have been completed correctly in accordance with the internal policy and procedures, and report discrepancies to senior management.
4. Perform audit of charges to city ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to the accounts receivables.
5. Perform daily review of guest ledger balances and research and investigate any anomalies in the movement of accounts.
6. Ensure the trial balance reconciles between Opera, Symphony, and GPD.
7. To support the Chief Accountant with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.

What you'll bring
You will bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team:

1. High level of computer literacy: MS Office, GPD, Opera, Micros.
2. It is desirable that the person is studying towards the achievement of a professional accounting qualification: CIMA, ACCA, ACA.
3. English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
4. You will ideally have 2 years extensive experience as an Income Auditor in a 5-star luxury establishment.
