Inclusion Teaching Assistant Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role of Inclusion Teaching Assistant is to provide support to the Head of Inclusion/Learning Support and the class teachers of the school. They will assist the SENCO in providing in-class support for children with SEN and work with the Teaching Assistants to encourage an inclusive learning and teaching environment in Reach British School. The incumbent will help develop and implement a coherent school-wide approach to providing support for students who experience special challenges in their learning.
