Job Title: Inclusion Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Coordinator to support the academic and personal development of students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering an inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all students receive the necessary support to thrive in the classroom.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inclusion Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Provide support to classroom teachers to ensure effective inclusion strategies are applied.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing guidance and adjustments to support their learning needs.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and external specialists to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Organize and participate in training sessions and workshops for staff regarding inclusive education.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and interventions.
• Ensure a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for students with diverse learning needs.
