To deliver high quality customer service and ensure the smooth, efficient, and consistent functioning of the customer service desk. To be responsible for delivering bespoke processes and procedures of the overall customer service process.
To provide attendees/operators to assist and help customers visiting and make sure their journey is seamless. Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey and ensure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries.
Keep records of customer service requests and complaints, ensuring they are acknowledged and attended to. Control the flow of people throughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowding. Handle customer complaints in accordance with department policies and procedures. Ensure that management is updated and informed about all feedback received from customers.

Position: Customer Service Attendant
Duration: Long Term (12 months and then extendable)
Salary: 6500 AED per month, all-inclusive (plus visa and medical insurance for self)
Working Hours: 9 hours shift with one-hour break for 6 days a week with one day off (Normal Timing: 9 AM to 12 AM, subject to change by management).
Requirements:
