You will be responsible for spearheading the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You’ll also be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing the team by implementing a cohesive training and development program within the department.

You are in charge of monitoring revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded. Simultaneously, all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost, payroll, and other expenses.
By holding a daily service briefing, you ensure the full team is well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel. During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times, including furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures, and fittings.
In collaboration with your service team, you ensure fantastic quality of beverage preparation, presentation, and beverage inventory control. You liaise with the guest service department daily to ensure all VIP amenities are planned, arranged, and delivered accordingly.
Conduct minibar spot checks on a regular basis to ensure the minibars are well (re)stocked and presented at all times, consumption is charged and stock is accounted for correctly. You are passionate about our industry and are aware of all the latest F&B trends and developments around the world. English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages, including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German, are highly desirable.
You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels in the Middle East.
