The role:

As part of the global legal team, you will be the go-to person for commercial legal affairs and support a portfolio of exciting cutting-edge projects across the region.

You will provide legal advice to the SLT, project, and commercial teams and be a key POC for business partners.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operational matters in the local and wider region in conjunction with the international team.

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of the company.
2. Delivery of all legal services (directly and using external resources) for the zone.
3. Oversight and delivery of all legal services in domestic and international bids with a specific focus on commercial contract review.
4. Provide quality and timely legal advice to the business on a day-to-day basis.

Required:

1. Qualified lawyer with in-region experience
2. Relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in-house in a Construction, Oil & Energy, or Renewables & Environment sector.
3. Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills
4. Role will suit a talented, commercially astute lawyer used to operating within a multinational corporate environment.
