Job description

Negotiating rates for import and export shipments with worldwide agents and carriers.
Quoting to customers by written offer and following up with them.
Making reservations between our company and shipping lines and agents.
Managing and following the customs clearance process.
Following up with the shippers directly.
Responsible for all import & export shipment processes and documentation.
Preparing reports and details involved in import and export shipments. Sending weekly reports to the responsible manager.
Payment follow-up.
