Salary: Range between AED 4000 to 8000 according to experience & knowledge.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Generate Qualified Applicants (QAs) as per the laid down targets from walk-ins, seminars, daily calling, daily meetings & marketing activities.
  2. Achieve the monthly and quarterly revenue targets as specified (subject to time-to-time changes).
  3. Convince each QA to retain our services after a product-specific conversation.
  4. Contact E-Marketing QAs as distributed by the Branch Manager and coordinate with the branch seminar once a month.
  5. Maintain QA status cards in accordance with the performance management.
  6. Promote Advantage Worldwide to clients (get new references).
  7. Make timely collections due from new retainers and for instalments.
  8. Maintain records of payments due at the stage of retainer, file number, interview, medical, and all communication with clients.
  9. Coordinate with the collection department to keep all records well in the system.
  10. Ensure the release of immigration packages to clients as soon as the confirmation of retainer fee receipt has been received.
  11. Submit completed documents to the Assistant Branch Manager for forwarding to the Operations Division, Head Office.
  12. Update Head Office on changes in clients' status.
  13. Collect documents from clients as required by the High Commission.
  14. Maintain regular contact with clients through newsletters and mailers forwarded from the Head Office.
  15. Submit daily/weekly reports to the Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager on:
    1. Number of walk-ins contacted
    2. Number of QAs generated & contacted & revenue generated
    3. Customer care activities carried out/clients contacted/information passed on to clients
    4. Clients' feedback/complaints submitted to Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: AED 4,000 - AED 8,000.00 per month.
