Roles & Responsibilities

The IFM Technical Engineer is responsible for the technical operations and maintenance activities for the respective facilities and assets. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Technical inspections
2. Technical auditing
3. Service provider auditing
4. Planned preventive maintenance auditing
5. Technical due diligence & verification
6. Technical staff evaluation

He / She will report to the Technical Manager with technical issues and provide technical reports, feedback, ideas/solutions, etc. to site issues which will enable smooth operation of the facilities.
