ICU Nurse
We are looking for an ICU Nurse to join our ICU Team.

Job Recap:
Provide care for clients with life-threatening medical conditions. Work in the vital treatment area of a hospital or healthcare center and look after patients who have experienced invasive surgery, accidents, trauma, or organ failure.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of each patient based on their uniqueness, abilities, culture, and preferences.
2. Provide nursing care in response to patients' needs supported by nursing knowledge, research, and reflective practice.
3. Ensure a safe working environment at all times by maintaining effective work practices.
4. Meet professional standards by obtaining and maintaining current knowledge in medical practice.
5. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
6. Perform other occupational duties and device-based competencies as assigned.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

1. Graduate from an accredited Nursing program of a minimum duration of three (3) years or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
2. Current valid registration in the country of training and/or the country of last employment (Desirable).
3. 4-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.

Knowledge/Technical Skills:
Care Delivery, Involvement of Patients and Families in Care, Health Promotion and Wellness Protection, Maintenance of Care Records, Administration of Resources in a Cost-Effective Manner.

Personal Skills/Proficiencies:
Self-development, Communication, Teamwork, Patient Orientation, Safety Awareness.

License/Registration:
Valid DHA Nursing Certificate/Qualification Letter.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 6,500.00 - AED 8,500.00 per month.
