Hygiene Officer FB and Culinary Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hygiene Officer cum F&B and Culinary Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves maintaining stringent hygiene and food safety standards while providing administrative and operational support to the F&B and Culinary departments.

Hygiene and Food Safety

• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO).
• Conduct regular hygiene audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all F&B outlets and kitchens.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols.
• Provide training to staff on hygiene practices and food safety regulations.
• Manage documentation and maintain records related to hygiene and safety compliance.

F&B and Culinary Coordination

• Support the F&B and Culinary teams in daily operations including scheduling, communication, and event coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders, inventory updates, and menu documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of F&B promotions, special events, and seasonal menus.
• Monitor stock levels and work with the procurement team to maintain adequate inventory.

Qualifications :

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO certification is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with F&B management software.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
