Coordinate with field and laboratory staff, supervise and direct staff and workforce as required.
Responsible for planning, direction, execution, and supervision of site activities.
Maintain the equipment and machinery suitable for the technicalities of the drilling/testing processes.
Ensure effective implementation of QMS and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Keep a safe and clean environment by adopting safety procedures and environmental control measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geology / Hydrogeology is a must.
3-5 years experience in the same field.
Advanced knowledge of hydrogeological principles and practices with experience in geological and hydrological field investigations.
Expertise in conducting and analyzing hydrogeological tests and pumping tests and proficiency in groundwater modeling and analysis.
Professional certification in Hydrogeology is preferable.
Skilled in using hydrogeological software and tools, with strong data analysis and interpretation abilities, and the ability to design and implement water resource management strategies.
Proven experience with pumping tests and groundwater assessment.
Familiarity with local and national environmental regulations.
Strong background in fieldwork including site assessment and monitoring.
Knowledge of Hydrogeology software, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
