HVAC/MEP Technician

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Installation: Install HVAC systems and components.
2. Perform wiring and electrical connections.
3. Ensure proper equipment placement.

1. Maintenance: Conduct routine system maintenance.
2. Replace or clean filters, ducts, and vents.
3. Inspect and test system performance.

1. Repair: Diagnose and repair HVAC issues.
2. Replace defective components.
3. Use tools for troubleshooting.

1. Customer Service: Communicate with clients to understand needs.
2. Provide cost estimates.
3. Educate on maintenance practices.

1. Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations.
2. Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.

1. Documentation: Keep records of service calls and activities.
2. Complete and submit work orders and logs.

1. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
2. Participate in training and certifications.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship (ITI preferred).
2. Experience: GCC: 2 years (Preferred).
3. Age: 19-35.
4. Nationality: Asian.
5. Driving License: Added advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: AED 2,000 - AED 4,000.00 per month.
