Job Summary

We are looking for technicians with experience in MEP and HVAC systems within the hotel apartment, holiday homes, or facilities management industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, inefficiencies, and breakdowns.
3. Test HVAC systems for proper operation after repairs or installation.
4. Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems.
5. Proven experience in managing maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
6. Familiarity with the unique operational needs of hotel apartments or holiday homes.

Education: Diploma or technical certification in HVAC systems or a related field.
