HVAC Technician

Job Description:

Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC duct systems. Coordinate and assign tasks to HVAC technicians and other team members. Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and project specifications.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of HVAC technicians, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and hours worked for billing and reporting purposes.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and budgets. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during duct system installations or repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC duct systems.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
