HVAC Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in working with chillers and HVAC systems, ensuring their optimal performance through Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on chillers and HVAC systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
4. Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
5. Document maintenance activities and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management as an HVAC Technician.
2. Strong hands-on experience with chillers and HVAC systems.
3. Ability to perform PPM and CM tasks independently.
4. Sound knowledge of HVAC safety procedures and industry best practices.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
