Duties of the Recruiter:

  1. Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels such as online job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment sources.
  2. Screening Candidates: Conducting initial screening of potential candidates through resume review, phone screening, and other pre-employment assessments.
  3. Conducting Interviews: Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the job.
  4. Submit Reference Checks: Submit references to background vendor.
  5. Making Job Offers: Extending job offers to successful candidates and assisting with onboarding processes.
  6. Building Relationships: Building relationships with candidates and developing a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  7. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  8. Reporting: Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to management.
