Job Description:

• Oversee HVAC technicians and ensure work quality.
• Diagnose system issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Maintain work records and provide progress updates.
• Plan and schedule HVAC installation and maintenance tasks.
• Create detailed HVAC system layouts using AutoCAD.
• Prepare construction and installation plans.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of HVAC layouts, ductwork, and piping systems; ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in HVAC or MEP projects; experience working with engineers and project teams on technical drawings.
• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or experience in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
