Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the hotel.
Monitor and respond promptly to HVAC-related maintenance requests and emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hotel standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC systems with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Certification or diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
