HVAC GM/Senior Sales Manager

We are actively looking to hire a GM/Senior Sales - HVAC to work for one of our reputed Refrigerant gas and HVAC industry. Experience in HVAC spare parts, refrigerant, and copper sales within the Sharjah and Ajman market is required. A valid UAE driving license is necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a team of 20 Sales Executives.
2. Knowledge of Copper Tubes, Insulation, Fibreglass Insulation, and other related items to HVAC plus Water Valve.
3. Comply with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, policies and practices, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
4. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
5. Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. The candidate must be a strong sales 'hunter' with the ability to sell in both direct and channel models.
3. 10+ years of GCC experience with progressively more responsible sales experience (speaking Arabic and having good knowledge of the market will be an additional advantage).

Pay: From AED 25,000.00 per month
