Hope you are doing well! Medical Facilities is looking for a Physician - Hospitalist in Pasadena, TX. Please review the details below and let me know your level of interest:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

URGENT NEED FOR NIGHT COVERAGE. Medical Facilities is looking for two Nocturnists to help in Pasadena, TX.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Specialties Accepted: Internal Medicine & Family Medicine.
2. Texas License: Required at the time of Name Clear Submission.
3. Background: Available with a Clean Background & No History of Malpractice.
4. Certification: Board Certification Required, Board Eligible Accepted. Does NOT accept ABPS.
5. Documentation: Case Logs, CMEs from the past 24 Months, Flu, Covid/Exemption & Tdap Required.
6. Licenses: Must have Texas License and DEA prior to name clear submission. Must have a clean file.

AS A REMINDER: All candidates must meet the minimum shift availability listed on the job:

1. CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format.
2. Work History must be in sequential order with the most recent on top.
3. Any gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV.
4. EPA (Please use the attached EPA. It's also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help).
5. All Licenses, Boards, and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV.
6. Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB.
7. Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents.

AVAILABILITY QUESTIONS:

1. 1st possible date they can be available?
2. How many shifts would they be able to cover per month?
3. What month is their schedule completely open?
4. Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocks etc)?
5. Any dates in the next 3-6 months they can’t work?
6. Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work?
