HVAC Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, knowledge of industry standards, and experience in using design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Perform heat load calculations, duct and piping design, equipment selection, and energy efficiency analysis.
• Develop HVAC layouts, drawings, and technical specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess installation feasibility and system performance.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, sustainability practices, and HVAC technologies.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local building codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC design and engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and energy efficiency principles.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
