Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with a strong background in designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for high-rise buildings in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial projects, capable of leading design, ensuring energy efficiency, and compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves working on large-scale, complex projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and execution of HVAC systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HVAC system design, with at least 3 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Experience in designing HVAC systems for large commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, energy regulations, and sustainability standards in the UAE (e.g., Dubai Municipality regulations, Estidama, Green Building Codes, LEED).
• Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace, or similar tools.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, air distribution systems, chillers, pumps, and air handling units.
• Excellent knowledge of energy efficiency strategies, sustainable HVAC solutions, and low-energy buildings.
