Our Middle East operation is currently seeking a HVAC Design Engineer to join our UAE team and enhance their career.
Delegation is proactive in identifying a decrease in workload within own team and informs Supervisor when additional projects are needed to maintain utilisation. Business Planning has no business planning accountability. Providing Direction has no specific direction accountability for performance. Execution ensures graduate team members are adhering to delivery standards and essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own industry. Uses discretion within set boundaries (operating procedures, processes, standards) to execute own tasks within a narrower job area to achieve defined deadlines/targets in the most effective and efficient way. Is required to coordinate activities with peers in the same discipline to meet deadlines and achieve set targets effectively.
Problem Solving applies knowledge and skill to solve problems based on practice and precedent; typically resolves standard or routine problems using existing solutions and methodologies with limited existing knowledge and experience to solve more routine technical problems independently. Project Scope may be called upon to be responsible for smaller or routine projects (as defined in QA100) in the role of Project Manager. Business Development/Client Contact involves maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty and repeat work through excellent customer service and delivery. People Management may provide informal guidance to graduates or interns (not a job requirement). Is responsible for managing personal contribution only within own team with guidance from supervisor or senior team member. Communication involves reporting on progress of delegated project assignments to others in the team who depend on their deliverable/contribution to proactively raise issues that may affect completion of the overall project in a timely manner.
