Software and Technical Tools
- Design Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools for drafting and modeling.
- Load Calculation Tools: Experience with software like HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) or TRACE 700.
- Building Information Modeling (BIM): Familiarity with BIM processes for collaborative design.
- CFD Analysis: Using computational fluid dynamics tools for airflow simulation.
- MS Excel: Creating detailed calculations and equipment schedules.
Knowledge of Codes and Standards
- HVAC Standards: Understanding ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Perform drafting activities using AutoCAD or other drafting tools based on inputs from Design Engineer/Lead Engineers.
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Carry out drafting activities based on design inputs provided by Design Engineers.
- Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, production/construction drawings, and MTOs/bill of quantities.
- Carry out site measurements for preparation of drawings and incorporating changes and comments.
- Liaise with other design/drafting personnel to identify/incorporate interfaces.
- Follow DDW-D and project-specific drawing and document control procedures.
- Ensure comments/changes are properly tracked and incorporated.
- Store/file drawings and documents in the order as per relevant procedure.
- Support procurement and fabrication/construction activities, keep track of redline mark-ups, as-built documentation, etc.
Essential
Education: ITI/+2 or Diploma in any discipline.
Training: Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD and Drafting Tools, MS Office.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in drafting/modeling field.
Desirable
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Training: Experience in using CADMATIC, PDMS, or other 3D software.
Experience: Experience in EPC projects, particularly in Oil & Gas/Marine.
