Job Description

• Design and develop new HVAC products (Package Units, Condensing Units, Ducted Splits).
• Modify and enhance existing products for performance and efficiency.
• Manage work orders, Bills of Material (BOM), and technical specifications.
• Select and maintain the software database for HVAC product lines.
• Ensure compliance with AHRI, ESMA, SASO, ESTIDAMA, and MEW standards.
• Prepare technical data and equipment selection for DX Air Conditioning Equipment.
• Assist in technical product selection and quotation preparation.
• Collaborate with teams to address non-standard customer requirements.
• Conduct product comparisons, cost analysis, and competitor research.
• Work with Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
• Optimize product selection software for efficiency.
• Knowledge of Electrical Control Systems and programming languages is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC product design.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
• Experience in technical documentation and value engineering proposals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
