HVAC BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed BIM models for HVAC systems using software like Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop accurate 3D models for HVAC systems including air conditioning ventilation heating and related systems.
• Ensure all HVAC models comply with relevant design standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects electrical engineers and structural engineers to resolve design conflicts and optimize system integration.
• Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks and resolve identified conflicts within HVAC systems.
• Participate in design coordination meetings to ensure smooth integration and delivery of HVAC systems within the overall project design.
• Produce detailed shop drawings schematics and layouts for HVAC systems based on BIM models.
• Maintain and update AsBuilt models as required ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards such as ASHRAE SMACNA and local authority regulations.
• Maintain highquality standards in all HVAC BIM deliverables and documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering HVAC Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in HVAC BIM modeling ideally in the UAE or GCC countries.
• Experience with design consulting firms in the Middle East is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM software especially Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design principles regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and requirements in the GCC.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
